” Green Concepts International (GCI) recently helped our company obtain its first LEED Certified Building attaining LEED EB:O&M Gold for our 1000 Parkwood property in Atlanta, Georgia. The inherently complicated LEED process was simplified and broken up into manageable tasks by the GCI team making it easy to delegate tasks and make measureable progress on a weekly basis. Communication, including frequent status reports kept the team motivated.
