CASE STUDY:

2500 Windy Ridge Parkway was able to maximize its LEED Certification potential by accomplishing some small, incremental steps that were recommended by Green Concepts LEED Certification Plan. The low-cost and no-cost improvements accomplished during Retro-Commissioning process were instrumental in improving the Energy Star Rating of the buildings. The property also earned the maximum possible Innovations in Operations Points

No additional capital improvements expenses were incurred to obtain LEED EBO&M Gold Certification. The entire process was completed in about 7 months.
