Property Condition
 Assessments

visit

 frame,
 building
 envelope,
 HVAC,
 electrical,

 plumbing.

inspection

 drainage,
 pavement,
 sidewalks,

 Building
 department
 records
 and
 drawings
 are
 reviewed

 interviews

 physical
 condition

expected useful
